STATUS: Cup w/handle breakout. Surging on strong volume Thursday, making the breakout move from its 12 week base. Volume started spiking the past two weeks on intermittent sessions, but it was not the selling volume of the rest of the market. Positive accumulation and surging money flow. Relative strength is flying higher. A new issue in November 2004, this is the best base MPWR has formed in its young life. Ready to move in as it continues the breakout move and will look at more when it makes the first test.

SUBSCRIBER PORTFOLIO: These are stocks subscribers suggest by vote that we put in a portfolio to track and move into the stocks if they perform well. If you have any suggestions for additions or deletions, email us. We don't cover them all each report, just when something interesting is developing.
AAPL, CELG, BLUDE, BR, COH, HW, PSYS, RTSX, STN
AAPL: Holding the 50 day EMA on the close was not bad action at all, and AAPL exploded higher Thursday with the introduction of its video phone.
RTSX: Made it back through the 50 day EMA though volume was lower and below average.
SUBSCRIBER WATCHLIST
We continually receive ideas for potential plays from subscribers. Many times they are already on our watchlists, other times not. We always take a look and sometimes find a gem or two, or more. We don't necessarily endorse these, but want to provide a forum for subscribers with ideas that may appeal to other subscribers. We may just put on the ticker or we might describe our thoughts as to why or why not we think it is a buy or sell. This is a way we can all learn a bit more and maybe find a few more candidates to make us some good money.
COST: One of the discount warehouses, COST was a big winner from 1995 to 2000. Since then it has been forming a big base. Since November the stock has tried to form a double bottom. It rallied hard to start the month, moving over the 200 day SMA on solid trade. Now making the test of that move, easing back in the market selling to test the 200 day. Setting back up as the economy weakened, the storms hit, energy prices remain high, etc.
