THE PLAYS

Monday night play results:
BGC: Nice volume move higher off the 18 day EMA.
TXN: Fell back to the 10 day EMA after a strong early move.
UPCS: Still working laterally over the 10 day EMA.
WFR: Fell back to the 10 day EMA on rising trade; still has a bit more work to do.

New Plays:

Upside:

Play Date: 11/29/2005
FORM (Formfactor--$27.52; +1.32; optionable): Semiconductor wafer probe cards
http://biz.yahoo.com/p/f/form.html
After Hours: $27.52
STATUS: Reverse head and shoulders. FORM is working on a 16 week base that formed on the heels of a 7 month cup with handle that failed to provide the breakout. It has set up well for a breakout to a new all-time high, forming the current accumulation pattern sporting positive net buying and surging money flow. Tuesday it gapped higher and crossed 28 on strong volume after a mention on Crazy Money, but it could not hold the move. Looking for it to continue the break higher on solid volume, holding the gain into the close. Solid stock with strong fundamentals to go with the pattern.

BUY POINT: $28.42 Volume=818K Target=$33.95 Stop=$26.43

HURC (Hurco Cos.--$23.41; +0.75; no options): Interactive PC-based computer control systems
http://biz.yahoo.com/p/h/hurc.html
After Hours: $23.41
STATUS: Breakout test. HURC broke higher in early November, breaking out from a 21 week cup with handle base on strong volume. It drifted laterally after that move, making it to 24 on the move before coming back to test the 18 day EMA (22.14) this week. Solid volume Tuesday as HURC jumped off the 18 day EMA. Looks ready to continue the breakout, moving to a new all-time high. Strong stock with solid fundamentals to match the strong pattern.

RVSN (Radvision--$16.78; +0.92; no options): Products that enable voice, video and data communications
http://biz.yahoo.com/p/r/rvsn.html
After Hours: $16.55
STATUS: Breakout. RVSN is making the breakout move from an 11 month double bottom with handle base. It gapped higher to start the month, then spent most of November working laterally along the 18 day EMA (15.13), testing the move but not giving up the gains. Tuesday volume shot higher as RVSN resumed the breakout move. Excellent money flow is leading the way higher. Relative strength broke out on the move, a good corroboration of the stock's power. Ready to start the play on a further move higher and then add to the position on the successful test of the breakout. Very strong. Solid fundamentals to match the the strong pattern.

New buy point on a current position:

Play Date: 11/29/2005
COHU (Cohu--$25.77; -0.28; optionable): Chip equipment and materials
http://biz.yahoo.com/p/c/cohu.html
STATUS: Breakout test. Strong break higher a week back, moving COHU out of a 16 week base. It has come back to test the 10 day EMA (25.67), showing a doji at that level. Nice break higher, following the strong money flow. Relative strength broke out on the move as well. Excellent test, and ready to add to positions as it rebounds through the buy point on strong trade.
Volume: 266.283K Avg Volume: 204.15K

SUBSCRIBER PORTFOLIO: These are stocks subscribers suggest by vote that we put in a portfolio to track and move into the stocks if they perform well. If you have any suggestions for additions or deletions, email us. We don't cover them all each report, just when something interesting is developing.

AAPL, CELG, BR, COH, NVDA, PSYS, RTSX, STN, UNH

CELG: Nice low volume test of the 18 day EMA. Want to see stronger volume as it comes off the 18 day.

COH: Checked up at the 10 day EMA, showing a nice tight doji at that leve.

NVDA: Received a downgrade, gapping down just below the 18 day EMA. It has been strong to this point and a strong stock should overcome such a downgrade.

PSYS: Good higher volume rebound off of the 50 day EMA.

UNH: Strong recovery over the 10 day EMA on even stronger volume.

SUBSCRIBER WATCHLIST

We continually receive ideas for potential plays from subscribers. Many times they are already on our watchlists, other times not. We always take a look and sometimes find a gem or two, or more. We don't necessarily endorse these, but want to provide a forum for subscribers with ideas that may appeal to other subscribers. We may just put on the ticker or we might describe our thoughts as to why or why not we think it is a buy or sell. This is a way we can all learn a bit more and maybe find a few more candidates to make us some good money.

IMN: Strong volume Tuesday as IMN heads toward the breakout from its 16 week base that formed along the 50 day EMA (42.29). Readying for a breakout to a new all-time high. Solid pattern, so-so fundamentals.
