Wednesday night play results:

UPCS: Edged higher but volume backed off.
WFR: Breaking higher out of its nice little base.
New Plays:
Upside:
Play Date: 12/01/2005
PRFT (Perficient--$9.13; +0.41; no options): e-Business integration solutions
http://biz.yahoo.com/p/p/prft.html
STATUS: Ascending triangle. PRFT is making a strong volume move out of a 9 month base formed using the 200 day SMA (7.38) as support of its higher and higher lows. It is making the break to a five year high and doing it with style. Strong 11 to 5 accumulation shows plenty of buying, setting up the breakout. Ready to move in as PRFT continues higher, following the money flow. Relative strength broke out on the move, a good corroboration of the price breakout.

REDF (Rediff.com--$17.70; +0.78; no options): India internet services
http://biz.yahoo.com/p/r/redf.html
STATUS: Test 50 day EMA. REDF broke out from an 18 month double bottom with handle base in late September. It rallied and then tested the 50 day EMA (16.22) in October, rebounding off that level on strong trade. It is now making its second test of the breakout, coming back to the 50 day EMA once more. It has started to bounce up off that level, showing a bit more volume Thursday. Want to see that trade jump as REDF continues off of this test. It can run hard when it gets going.

TRAD (Tradestation--$13.01; +1.10; optionable): Investment brokerage
http://biz.yahoo.com/p/t/trad.html
After Hours: $13.02
STATUS: Test breakout. TRAD made us some solid money earlier in the year, and it is set up to run again. Strong move Thursday off of the 18 day EMA (11.98) is resuming the breakout move that started in early November when TRAD broke out from a long 22 month cup with handle. We caught it on that first run and now we are looking to catch it on this move. Solid leader heading for a new all-time high.

STATUS: Ascending triangle. Volume surged above average Thursday as CBST started the breakout from its 8 week base that formed at the 50 day EMA (20.63) on the low and has used the 18 day EMA (22.07) as support this month. Strong money flow is leading higher and relative strength is readying for the breakout as well.

SUBSCRIBER PORTFOLIO: These are stocks subscribers suggest by vote that we put in a portfolio to track and move into the stocks if they perform well. If you have any suggestions for additions or deletions, email us. We don't cover them all each report, just when something interesting is developing.
AAPL, CELG, BR, COH, NVDA, PSYS, RTSX, STN, UNH
AAPL: And bouncing higher yet again on rising volume.
BR: Further setting up that double bottom with handle base.
PSYS: Nice recovery Thursday but the volume was very low. Needed to make that price move, however.
STN: Forming a nice handle to its 4.5 month double bottom base. A move over 71 is the buy point.
UNH: What a recovery.
SUBSCRIBER WATCHLIST
We continually receive ideas for potential plays from subscribers. Many times they are already on our watchlists, other times not. We always take a look and sometimes find a gem or two, or more. We don't necessarily endorse these, but want to provide a forum for subscribers with ideas that may appeal to other subscribers. We may just put on the ticker or we might describe our thoughts as to why or why not we think it is a buy or sell. This is a way we can all learn a bit more and maybe find a few more candidates to make us some good money.
GRP: Strong volume Wednesday and Thursday as GRP starts the breakout to a new all-time high. Sweet little 8 week ascending triangle has formed just over the 50 day EMA. Looks very nice.
Good Investing!
