AMTD: Gapped higher but up, down and all around. May test some and then resume the move.
ENDP: Solid volume as ENDP started to move higher
INGR: Gap higher but not much of one, holding flat on lower volume.

STATUS: Test breakout. After a very modest pullback SOX was right back in the action Tuesday, rebounding after gapping lower near the 10 day EMA (490.20) and running to 510 on the high. It could not hold all of that move, but it looks ready to continue the breakout move after this short respite. As long as it sets up and provides opportunity, we will play it.

STATUS: Reverse head and shoulders. Good volume this week as NEM heads for the breakout from its 12 month base sporting 10 to 8 accumulation (10 up price weeks on rising volume to 8 down price weeks on rising volume). Showing very good price/volume action the past few weeks and very strong, ready for a multiyear high.

STATUS: Ascending triangle. UPL jumped to start the week, moving toward the breakout from its nice 9 week base that formed along the 50 day EMA (51.81), making higher lows along that support. Eased back Tuesday on a bit lower, below average volume, showing a nice tight doji. Positive accumulation is setting it up for the breakout. Nice pattern, nice action, and ready for a breakout to a new all-time high.

STATUS: Breakout test. HYSL is moving laterally over the 10 day EMA (51.72), moving in a very flat range after a strong volume break higher to end November. Money flow remains strong, and when the 10 day EMA rises to bump the stock from the bottom it is likely to take off on the next move, running toward the split. We waited forever for this breakout, and the pattern suggests there is a lot more here.
