STATUS: Roller. WBSN is rolling up and down in a range between 61 and 69, making three rotations in that range since mid-December. It was on the verge of a breakout to start February, but it could not make the move, instead sliding back down in the range. It showed a hammer doji Wednesday on rising, above average volume. Looking for WBSN to make the turn back up here; want to see that stronger volume continue.

STATUS: Reverse head and shoulders. Low, low volume the past two weeks as USPI forms the right shoulder to this accumulation pattern. Nice base that has formed just below a new all-time high. Solid leader that split in July and then carved out this base. This gives it the foundation it needs for the next run higher.
