On Monday, November 19, Varian Medical Systems Inc. (NYSE:VAR) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable on or about January 15, 2002.
On Friday, November 16, Flowers Foods Inc. (NYSE:FLO) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on January 2, 2002.
On Thursday, November 15, LSI Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq:LYTS) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on December 6, 2001.
On Thursday, November 15, First Midwest Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq:FMBI) announced that its board of directors approved a 5:4 stock split to be distributed on December 14, 2001.
On Wednesday, November 14, Trendwest Resorts Inc. (Nasdaq:TWRI) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on or about December 14, 2001.
On Wednesday, November 14, Christopher & Banks Corporation (Nasdaq:CHBS) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on December 12, 2001.
On Wednesday, November 14, Tetra Tech, Inc. (Nasdaq:TTEK) announced that its board of directors approved a 5:4 stock split to be distributed on December 17, 2001.
