This base is setting up a breakout to a 6.5 year high. Excellent money flow is leading higher as this market leader looks ready for the breakout.

STATUS: Breakout test. Earnings are out in the morning, and we are looking for those to help GRMN continue its breakout move. GRMN broke higher last week on strong, above average volume, clearing a 15 week double bottom with handle base. Nice breakout and a solid test, holding above the 10 day EMA (52.03) on this test. Looking to move in as GRMN continues higher to a new all-time high.

STATUS: Cup w/handle. After a test of the 10 day EMA (68.00) Monday, LH was off the 10 day Tuesday, looking for the breakout. Volume was not there on Tuesday, but really like the pattern and anticipating it comes back in as LH moves through the buy point. To recap: Sweet little 10 week pattern has formed that used the 50 day EMA (66.79) as support. Nice break higher on the earnings news and then an excellent low volume fade back to the 10 day EMA, showing a doji at that level Friday. Excellent action and looking for the volume to jump as LH makes the breakout this week.
