On December 21, CVB Financial Corp. (Nasdaq:CVBF) announced that its board of directors approved a 5:4 stock split to be distributed on or about January 18, 2002.
On December 19, Chico's FAS Inc. (NYSE:CHS) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on January 18, 2002.
On December 19, Liz Claiborne Inc. (NYSE:LIZ) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable on January 16, 2002.
