The Split Summary is issued each Tuesday evening. Split Notices are issued when significant companies announce a stock split.

The following is a listing of recent stock split announcements:

On January 16, First Indiana Corp. (Nasdaq:FINB) announced that its board of directors approved a 5:4 stock split to be effective on February 27, 2002.

On January 16, MASSBANK Corp. (Nasdaq:MASB) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on April 19, 2002.

On January 17, Sonic Corp. (Nasdaq:SONC) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on February 8, 2002.

On January 22, Affiliated Computer Services Inc. (NYSE:ACS) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable on February 22, 2002.

On January 22, Rex Stores Corp. (NYSE:RSC) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on February 11, 2002.

On January 22, Fidelity Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:FBCI) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split. Details are pending.
