On January 23, Ball Corporation (NYSE:BLL) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be effective on February 22, 2002.
On January 23, New Jersey Resources Corp. (NYSE:NJR) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on or about March 1, 2002.
On January 24, The BISYS Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:BSYS) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on or about February 22, 2002.
On January 29, Central Coast Bancorp (Nasdaq:CCBN) announced that its board of directors approved a 5:4 stock split to be payable on February 28, 2002.
On January 29, Heartland Express, Inc. (Nasdaq:HTLD) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on February 19, 2002.
