ALJ 06/13 Test BO 44.33 +1.47 42.08 50.50 404K 500K 40.04
Buy Not Issued. Gapped higher on better but still below average volume. ALJ has moved away from us for now but on a test we will see if it is a buy.
ALY 06/16 Cup hdl 22.62 +0.48 22.88 27.48 658K 600K 21.44
Buy Not Issued. Gapped higher and rallied to 23.76 with a quick few trades, closing in middle of range. Volume was still solid & above average. Decided to hold off and see if it holds after this second gap. If it does we will look to move in.
AMP 06/06 Test BO 66.29 +0.22 64.12 73.75 764K 1.4M 62.82
Buy Not Issued. Held its gains from the Friday gap. Still looking to see if it will fill that gap back toward 65 and hold. If it does that is a buy.
ATHR 05/22 Asc Bse 30.90 -1.25 29.91 35.78 2.3M 2.2M 30.57
Current. We took some gain off the table Friday and Monday ATHR was slapped around some, landing on the 10 day EMA on even stronger above average volume. Has to make its hold here and bounce.
BCSI 06/04 Test BO 48.00 +0.25 43.24 49.65 253K 450K 45.32
Current. Modest gain but holding onto the nice move from 6 sessions back that broke it out of a nice consolidation. Excellent action and just letting it run higher.
BCSI 05/17 Cup hdl 48.00 +0.25 39.44 46.39 253K 500K 45.32
Current.
BHI 05/22 DB hdl 89.36 +1.35 85.68 98.50 5M 7M 87.31
Current. Sweet oil services. BHI added another solid, above average volume price gain to last Thursday's break higher. New all-time high on solid trade. Very nice.
BIDU 05/09 Cup hdl 149.05 +5.98 132.15 148.50 2.8M 3.2M 146.57
Current. Sweet. Surging past the early June high on strong volume. This takes BIDU to a new all-time closing high and it has a rocket up its tail if you get my drift.
BRY 06/07 Test BO 40.26 -0.08 38.05 43.95 742K 700K 38.89
Current. Tight doji Monday on lower but still strong volume as BRY takes a breather after that strong move higher on heavy volume. Pausing after that run but the action is solid.
CAT 05/09 Cup hdl 81.85 +0.74 75.66 96.95 4.5M 8M 79.55
Current. Still moving higher on lower volume after a solid volume start to last week's run higher. Still looking excellent as it continues rising up the short term moving average.
CCJ 06/14 Test 18 54.35 -1.25 55.15 63.00 2.3M 3M 51.98
Current. Low volume as CCJ gave back some of last week's solid gain. Needs to hold in this range and resume the move higher.
CHK 06/04 Cup hdl 37.59 +0.27 36.85 43.65 6.5M 11M 36.24
Current. Volume faded further below average but the stock price did not as CHK continues its rally from last week. After this initial move it will likely start its bouncing up the 10 day EMA, meaning it will fade a bit but make a higher low and bounce from there.
CRZO 05/24 Test BO 46.80 +0.50 39.35 45.95 902K 750K 44.38
Current. CRZO continued the run higher but after hitting 47.70 intraday it faded for a much more modest gain. Typically indicates a bit of a test is ahead but this move is very solid with excellent volume on the upside run.
CX 06/07 Test BO 40.72 -0.10 38.72 44.95 1.7M 4.5M 39.45
Current. Took a breather on very low trade after the renewed breakout move Friday.
CXW 06/14 PreSplt 65.12 +0.22 64.89 72.95 406K 425K 63.54
Buy Not Issued. Basically went nowhere Monday though volume started to get interesting. Just being patient and looking for more of the breakaway move out of this three week lateral jaunt at the 10 day EMA.
CXW 03/27 DB hdl 65.12 +0.22 53.44 60.48 406K 450K 63.42
Current.
EDU 06/16 DB hdl 51.69 +3.30 49.90 57.95 590K 466K 48.18
Entered today. A very instructive chart and a textbook breakout Monday on rising, above average volume. Excellent action from EDU as it makes the break we anticipated the session after it goes onto the report.
FCX 06/06 Test 18 83.52 -0.90 77.12 87.00 6.8M 12M 82.22
Current. Had to take a breather after that 12+ point move over the past week. Low volume on the pullback and right now it is in good shape with a lower volume fade as it continues its run.
FCX 05/23 Asc Bse 83.52 -0.90 74.45 85.00 6.8M 12M 82.22
Current.
FFIV 06/13 Asc Bse 84.68 -0.53 81.65 94.45 866K 1.8M 79.31
Buy Not Issued. Stalled out after that big gap higher Friday. Would love to see a test back toward 82.50ish or something heading that way even if it doesn't get there. Then we can move in.
FISV 06/05 Test BO 58.74 +0.24 58.00 66.75 1.5M 2.1M 57.94
Current. Tried again to move through that late May high at 59.50 and once more turned back into the close. Strong Friday volume, so there are buyers still there, but have to watch out at these prior highs after a good run. That said, FISV is not extended in the bigger picture and in great position to continue higher.
GAP 06/16 Test BO 34.60 -0.23 35.11 40.55 572K 1M 33.89
Buy Not Hit. Tested back on lower volume after the strong trade shown to end last week. Still set to resume the breakout run.
GME 05/24 Test 18 40.18 +0.97 37.01 42.45 3.6M 3.5M 38.54
Current. Gapped higher yet again on strong volume as GME continued that Friday breakout to a new high form a short 4 week consolidation range.
GOOG 06/16 Test BO 515.20 +9.31 511.35 539.50 4.8M 7M 511.00
Entered today. Another break higher off the 18 day EMA test. Very pretty pattern. After hour YHOO announced its CEO was out and YHOO was up. Don't think that has much impact on GOOG. Indeed, its initial after hours reaction was down, but it did not take long for the buyers to use that to move in and drive it back up.
GRMN 06/09 Test BO 71.57 +1.80 65.42 75.35 2.9M 2M 69.98
Current. Having no trouble locating more upside as GRMN surged on more stronger, above average volume. Tremendous move still in progress.
HC 06/09 Test BO 26.07 -0.02 25.50 30.48 840K 1.5M 25.31
Current. After the Friday reversal from the gap higher, HC held its ground at the early June high, showing a doji. Still well positioned to continue the move higher.
HURN 05/10 PreAnn 69.14 +1.43 67.14 76.95 274K 350K 65.97
Current. Bounced back up after the Friday selling. Volume was lower, but that was the case for most stocks post expiration and rebalancing. It looks well poised to make a serious breakout.
ICE 06/12 Cup hdl 154.43 -2.55 151.88 173.95 2.2M 5.8M 153.31
Current. Faded back from last week's late gains, but it tapped at the 10 day EMA on the Monday low and cut the losses. Nice test that is setting up the next break higher. Looking at some more positions on this dip.
IPAR 06/13 Flat 28.47 +0.49 28.91 34.75 132K 200K 26.89
Buy Not Issued. Nice tap at the 18 day EMA on the low and a recovery for a nice gain. Now it is set to spray on some fragrant gains.
LYO 05/26 Test 18 39.21 +0.06 38.20 44.65 3.8M 5M 37.86
Current. Added a smidge more to the strong Thursday and Friday gains. Nice resumption of the break higher, and this pause is quite normal. Very strong trend in place.
LYO 05/10 Test BO 39.21 +0.06 34.88 40.95 3.8M 3M 37.86
Current.
MA 06/12 Test 18 164.62 +6.97 148.15 169.75 6.1M 4.5M 159.88
Target Hit. My word those credit cards must be smoking. MA launched again on stronger, above average volume, and it still looks as if it has more to go. We took some gain and now we are going to let this one settle in again and see if we can yank in that 300% to 400% again on the options.
MFE 06/12 Test 18 34.93 -0.44 35.75 40.95 1.2M 2M 34.89
Buy Not Issued. Fridays high volume faded and MFE is still moving laterally in its flat range at the 18 day EMA. Will just be patient with it.
MR 05/19 DB hdl 28.86 +0.15 27.89 33.55 784K 750K 28.45
Current. Narrowing further in the lateral move over the 18 day EMA is setting up an explosive move here for MR. Looks like it could really make a strong upside break. Looking to pick up some more options as it moves through 29.50 on strong volume.
MRO 06/09 PreSplt 131.37 -1.14 127.98 146.95 3.4M 4.5M 128.95
Current. Lower volume as MRO gapped higher and lost some ground. Can always take some $2/option contract gain here & let the rest run because after a pause here MRO is likely to do more running for us.
MVSN 06/16 Test BO 30.15 +0.33 30.38 40.45 728K 1.2M 29.38
Buy Not Hit. Still looks excellent for the next break higher from this very flat, tight lateral move over the 10 day EMA.
NTGR 05/16 Test BO 37.15 -0.60 35.95 42.95 583K 1M 36.28
Current. Turned back at the late May high. Lower, below average volume, but don't like this backtracking. NTGR has been a relative strength leader in tech, but don't want any option gain to get away from us here.
NTGR 04/09 Dbl btm 37.15 -0.60 30.68 36.75 583K 1M 36.28
Current. Turned back at the late May high. Lower, below average volume, but don't like this backtracking. NTGR has been a relative strength leader in tech, but don't want any option gain to get away from us here. Stock positions are in excellent shape but need to clear 38.
OMNI 05/23 DB hdl 12.32 +0.05 11.84 14.25 452K 750K 11.72
Current. Still pausing some after that strong Thursday volume and price move. Want to see it hold in this range and then start back up.
OPTN 06/02 Test BO 15.67 +0.14 15.32 18.38 126K 365K 15.12
Bouncing all around still and looks to be setting up for a new move but it needs to settle down just a bit.
PFWD 06/02 Test BO 16.02 +0.01 16.65 19.97 179K 425K 15.68
Buy Not Issued. Working laterally in a narrow range over the 18 day EMA, setting up the next break higher. Just have to be patient.
PQ 06/14 Test BO 15.01 -0.25 15.21 18.25 514K 650K 14.25
Buy Not Issued. Filling that gap from Friday, resting at the Thursday close on the Monday finish. Lower volume shows less selling. Nice set up for the break higher from here.
RIG 05/29 Test BO 104.06 +1.22 98.30 109.75 4.1M 7.5M 102.45
Current. Nice solid advance continues as RIG drills into some more gains. Volume is below average but nothing has stopped the move thus far. Another good advance and we can look at locking in a bit of option gain and letting the rest run.
SNDA 05/26 Test BO 27.93 -0.57 28.65 34.45 538K 1.1M 27.31
Buy Not Issued. Still below average volume as SNDA continues its 6 week lateral move at the 18 day EMA. Just have to be patient and let it set up.
SPN 05/12 Flat 40.47 +0.35 39.17 45.45 859K 1.6M 39.45
Current. Pretty volatile session, but after tapping the 10 day EMA on the low SPN rebounded for a modest gain as it continues its move off the 50 day EMA test.
SPWR 06/05 Test 50 58.37 +0.43 56.81 67.95 1.2M 1.6M 55.78
Current. Gapped modestly higher Monday, testing the move but rebounding on the close to hold the gain. Volume trailed off Friday and Monday after a strong Thursday move. No real issues thus far.
SUN 04/20 Test 18 85.84 +0.92 74.55 84.95 2.1M 4.9M 83.54
Current. Adding some more gain to the solid rebound from last week. No volume on the move but at this point who cares about that. It will need to show up if SUN is going to make a substantial move from here, but it will likely take something of a breather before it makes its next strong upside move.
TRA 06/13 Asc Bse 21.71 -0.03 21.71 25.95 2.2M 2.2M 20.21
Current. Gapped higher but turned over to close flat on lower, average trade. Pausing after three days of gains is nothing unusual. Just want to keep it orderly on this pause the refreshes.
TRMB 05/31 Test 50 30.78 -0.42 31.10 35.99 731K 650K 29.68
Current. Gave back some of that strong Friday move on lower though still above average volume. Great break higher last week; now it has to make good on it after this pause to test the Friday break higher.
WAT 06/11 Flat 60.71 -0.32 61.57 70.95 333K 1.2M 59.48
Buy Not Hit. Still working laterally on very low volume as WAT continues work on its 11 week flat base. Waiting on WAT (WOW) to make its move.
WNR 06/09 Test BO 55.10 +2.40 51.25 60.95 1.4M 1.3M 53.32
Current. Stuttering gaps higher last week up to the early June high and then an explosion higher Monday on strong volume. Sweet. Options have come to life and have $2.20 profit on each one. Looks as if WNR can give us another good surge and really pump up those values.
WNR 05/14 Asc Bse 55.10 +2.40 42.45 49.95 1.4M 1.2M 53.31

XTO 06/09 Test BO 63.15 -0.38 61.05 61.05 4.2M 5M 61.32
Current. Gapped higher but could not hold the move after last week's solid resumption of the run that started on some very solid trade. Going to let XTO continue higher for us as this looks just like a pause after a good week.
XTO 05/26 Test BO 63.15 -0.38 58.41 66.95 4.2M 4.5M 61.32

Stock Date Play Close +/- Pivot Tgt Vol TgtV Stop
AMR 06/12 Put 25.56 -0.35 25.31 22.55 5.8M 9M 26.08
Buy Not Issued. Faded from the 10 day EMA. Volume remained well below average, but AMR looks ready to crash land here.
BIG 06/07 Put 29.91 -0.31 29.86 27.80 1.8M 3M 30.45
Buy Not Issued. Faded and looked ready to make the plunge but it came back in the afternoon to hang on. Still looks ready for the break lower for a big downside gain.
IDU 06/14 Put 98.75 -0.84 98.97 96.05 60K 100K 100.05
Buy Not Issued. Fell back but held the 10 day EMA on some very low volume. That made us pause about getting in. Needed to see more volume; if it comes we will look at the downside.
NEM 06/14 Put 40.01 -0.42 39.89 37.65 4M 7.4M 40.55
Buy Not Hit. Gapped higher and turned back over to close at session lows. Looks a bit tarnished and ready to turn back down but need to see the volume given the stronger upside trade Thursday.
XLU 06/11 Put 40.00 -0.44 39.35 37.85 8.3M 1M 39.94
Current. Gapped higher to the 18 day EMA and rolled over. Volume was lower but still above average. Now it looks ripe to head down. Really ripe.
