On February 6, TRC Companies, Inc. (NYSE:TRR) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on or about March 5, 2002.
On February 11, Goldcorp Inc. (NYSE:GG) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split subject to shareholder approval at a Special Meeting to be held on March 21, 2002.
On February 12, Werner Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq:WERN) announced that its board of directors approved a 4:3 stock split to be payable on or about March 14, 2002.
