AGU 01/12 Test BO 66.69 -3.45 70.89 83.95 3.2M 3.3M 67.88
Current. 11/1/2007. Not really wild about the downside here as AGU sold with the market past the 18 day EMA on above average volume. However, volume was lower than the upside move from Monday and it remains on top of strong support in a weak market.
APA 01/09 Test 50 104.65 -3.91 108.35 121.95 3M 3.5M 104.32
Current. 1/31/2008. Sold after a nice rebounding session from Monday until the market cracked Tuesday and gave back the upsides from the start of the week. Still below average volume Tuesday in the selling back to the Friday doji, but APA not in too much trouble as it holds support from the mid December low and 50 day SMA.
APC 12/18 PreAnn 61.69 -3.19 62.44 71.95 5.5M 4.5M 65.38
Trailing Stop. 11/5/2007. Gained some volume in the selling Tuesday as APC cam back to last weeks low and the mid December intraday low as well. Held support there with the 50 day EMA in the low 60s and hit the stop loss mark on the way down so we had to let it go.
APOL 01/14 PreAnn 79.93 +0.01 80.88 92.95 4.7M 4M 78.55
Buy Not Issued. 1/8/2008. Rising, above average volume still into Tuesday as APOL gave a doji at the Monday high. Doing a great job of holding support her from the early November highs against the market selling form Tuesday. If it can continue higher on this strong volume we will enter.
BEC 01/14 PreAnn 72.85 -1.03 74.62 85.95 612K 656K 72.32
Buy Not Hit. 2/8/2008. Continues along inside of its volatile consolidation range here into mid January. High volume Tuesday in the selling back to key support at the 18 day EMA as BEC tries to set up and break out of this consolidation. Needs to use this strong volume and bounce off key support as a trampoline to post a solid jump higher in this DB hdl base.
BG 12/26 Test 18 127.21 -5.79 121.82 139.95 1.6M 1.4M 126.22
Current. 2/7/2008. Had a solid breakout from the get go here in early 08 until this market selling from Tuesday brought BG into some hard selling. Gave back the huge gap from Monday and the surge from late last week Tuesday as it sold on above average volume back to the 10 day EMA. Needs to hold the 10 day EMA or we close it.
BG 11/29 Cup 127.21 -5.79 116.55 133.85 1.6M 1.6M 126.22
BIDU 12/29 Asc Bse 318.20 -22.20 395.24 454.00 7.2M 10M 383.44
Current. 10/25/2007. China under pressure Tuesday with most other sectors as BIDU sold past the key 90 day SMA on above average volume. If it doesn't turn right back up Wednesday best to close it out. Needs to stop the bleeding here at key support from the 90 day SMA and October/November lows.
CAM 12/27 PreSplt 47.84 -2.10 49.90 56.75 2.9M 2.5M 50.39
Current. 1/31/2008. Sold hard through Tuesday on a boost of volume with the market as CAM closed back at the 50 day SMA. Needs to hold the line at the Tuesday close.
CEO 01/09 Dbl btm 164.13 -14.12 180.92 209.95 699K 600K 175.11
Buy Not Issued. 10/30/2008. CEO on high volume yesterday as it gapped and sold through the session past key support from the 90 day SMA. No choice but to drop it.
CF 01/03 Test BO 115.00 -4.85 115.66 129.95 3.3M 3M 112.31
Current. 10/29/2007. CF managing to hold up somewhat against the rough selling in the market Tuesday. Gave light downside movement on lower volume than Monday's upside move. Still holding support from the 18 day EMA intraday Tuesday and CF looking alright.
CF 12/19 Asc Bse 115.00 -4.85 100.66 119.95 3.3M 3M 113.32
Current.
CHL 01/03 Asc Bse 77.65 -6.56 88.55 102.95 5.3M 4.9M 85.09
Exited. 3/21/2007. Huge gap lower under the 90 day SMA where it held support yesterday with the November/December lows. No choice but to exit.
CHTT 01/08 PreAnn 76.88 -0.19 77.38 88.75 486K 408K 72.98
Current. 9/27/2007. Great job of holding up against the selling maelstrom from Tuesday in the market as CHTT gave a second, consecutive doji in the close flat. Still on above average volume, CHTT looks to be in great shape here holding support from the late December highs and holding onto its surge higher from late last week. Not bad for a weak market.
CMED 12/22 Rev HS 51.68 -2.03 44.28 54.95 651K 1M 51.44
Current. 11/20/2007. Sold a bit with the market from the top of its Rev HS high as CMED saw above average volume Tuesday. Tested the 10 day EMA at 50.0 intraday and rebounded to post just a short step lower. Looks to make a quick test out of this market selling before resuming the Rev HS higher.
CPHD 01/07 Cup hdl 30.81 -1.24 28.64 34.35 2.5M 1M 29.97
Current. 11/1/2007. CPHD with some light selling Tuesday on much lower volume than the Monday move higher in the Cup hdl. Just caught in the market trend here for a quick pullback before CPHD looks to resume the Cup hdl base higher this week.
CVX 12/22 Rev HS 88.27 -2.64 94.98 108.95 14M 10M 92.94
Exited. 2/1/2008. Tuesday CVX gapped below key support from the 50 day EMA and 90 day SMA on high volume and only sold from there. Painful to watch and we had no choice but to exit.
EDU 01/05 Asc Bse 63.23 -17.68 83.32 99.95 7.5M 750K 86.11
1/15/2008. Sold through the floor Tuesday past the 90 day SMA and intraday past the 200 day SMA. Not exactly the move we were looking to enter on. Dropped.
EJ 01/12 Cup 23.27 -3.90 28.05 34.95 1M 1.2M 26.18
Buy Not Hit. 11/15/2007. Got caught in the market selling Tuesday to give back the huge breakout from last week on above average volume. Sold past the 50 day EMA and 90 day SMA and had to drop it.
FTI 01/07 Cup hdl 57.88 -4.33 63.55 75.95 2.4M 1.9M 60.38
Buy Not Issued. 1/15/2008. Sold through the floor Tuesday past the 90 day SMA and intraday past the 200 day SMA. Not exactly the move we were looking to enter on. Dropped.
GILD 01/07 Asc Bse 47.22 -0.94 48.38 55.95 8.2M 10M 47.21
Current. 10/18/2007. GILD with a doji after a big gap lower Tuesday on above average volume. Held support from the late December high and early November high as well as the 18 day EMA so not in too much trouble yet. Looks good to bounce out of this doji and take the Asc Bse higher.
GMCR 12/18 Cup hdl 39.60 -0.18 41.50 49.95 429K 300K 39.69
Current. 1/31/2008. High volume Tuesday as GMCR continued its pullback from Monday in this Cup hdl base. Sold below the 18 day EMA but still inside its Cup hdl pattern and in good shape to bounce out of this selling with no problem off support near the 50 day EMA.
GOOG 12/03 Cup hdl 637.65 -16.17 687.88 742.00 5.6M 8M 713.32
Current. 1/31/2008. Gave back Mondays high doji gap to the 10 day EMA as it sold a bit with the market Tuesday. Back at the low from last week and holding support from the 90 day SMA and November lows. Needs to hold here.
GOOG 11/17 Test 50 637.65 -16.17 659.65 724.95 5.6M 8.6M 713.32
Current.
HAL 01/03 Dbl btm 35.36 -1.13 39.39 45.85 14M 15M 37.65
Exited. 1/28/2008. Monday left HAL holding very key support at the 200 day SMA only to lead into Tuesday where it sold past the average on high volume. Had to hold above the average and just couldn't handle the market selling so we had to exit it.
HK 01/07 DB hdl 17.65 -0.79 18.48 22.32 2M 2.5M 17.32
Buy Not Issued. 9/8/2007. Saw some mild selling on above average volume Tuesday but much lower than the Tuesday upside session as HK just got caught in the market selling here. Still has a nice DB hdl base set up here and if it can bounce off support here at the 18 day EMA and resume the Monday breakout higher we will enter.
HOLX 12/29 Test BO 67.11 -1.89 70.36 80.95 3.4M 3.2M 69.02
Current. 1/31/2008. Gapped lower and not giving us much to work with as HOLX closed just above the 50 day EMA Tuesday. Managed to hold and bounce off of 50 day MA & it is also in the healthcare sector so will let it run another day. Also holding the late November/early December high here.
HOLX 12/15 Asc Bse 67.11 -1.89 67.88 77.65 3.4M 3.6M 69.39
HUM 12/12 Cup hdl 86.42 -0.56 77.91 89.95 2.2M 2.4M 84.38
Current. 2/4/2008. Doji Tuesday on some very light selling as HUM just took a nice, intraday vacation with the rest of the market selling. Ready to resume the Cup hdl higher once the market calms down and HUM looking in great shape here.
IDXX 01/12 Dbl btm 61.39 +0.94 61.21 70.45 340K 469K 59.22
Buy Not Issued. 1/25/2008. IDXX actually managing to post some more gains on rising, above average volume into Tuesday. Very impressive given the state of the market during the session and if it can continue higher here in the Dbl btm we will enter.
IMA 01/07 Dbl btm 60.11 -0.35 59.21 69.95 596K 1.2M 59.92
Current. 10/31/2007. IMA going about its own business Tuesday as it continued a bit lower to post a doji on fading, low volume at key support from the early December high. Held support intraday from the 10 day EMA and looks good to bottom in this pullback soon to resume the Dbl btm move higher. Nice.
IMO 12/22 Rev HS 51.74 -1.25 55.15 65.95 352K 325K 54.57
Current. 1/31/2008. Sold a bit with the market Tuesday on above average volume as IMO closed beneath the 50 day EMA. Still in decent shape as it holds support from the mid December consolidation levels near 51 and 52. Nearing the 90 day SMA at 50ish and has to hold above the key average.
IRIS 01/14 Test BO 21.01 -0.48 22.24 26.95 288K 220K 20.97
Buy Not Hit. 11/1/07. IRIS continuing its test of the early January high in the Cup hdl as it sold a bit lower to the 10 day EMA. Held the 10 day EMA intraday as support with the September and October highs as it pulled a deep test back to 20.0. Like how it held the average here and looking for a bounce out of this test on strong volume for the buy. Nice job holding up against the selling the market Tuesday.
IVGN 01/14 Cup hdl 95.49 -0.73 97.32 111.95 798K 1.2M 94.39
Buy Not Hit. 2/5/2008. Light selling Tuesday on fading, now average volume. Tapped the 18 day EMA near 94 intraday and rebounded to hold support from the mid December consolidation. Looks good with volume fading near support as IVGN sets up to bottom in this pullback and resume the Cup hdl higher for the buy.
MO 01/05 Test 50 78.46 -0.23 76.65 85.95 10M 12M 77.15
Current. 1/30/2008. MO still in excellent shape despite the rest of the market suffering from some rough selling. Gave a doji in a quiet step lower with fading, below average volume to hold support from the 10 day EMA and December highs intraday. Still just resting from its test of the 50 day EMA and early January gap as it quietly pulls back to support this week. Very impressive.
NOEC 01/14 Cup 6.40 -1.07 7.11 12.95 1.2M 350K 6.34
Buy Not Hit. NOEC in some mild selling Tuesday with the help of the market as it sold back to the 10 day EMA to close holding support from the average. High volume in the selling but not nearly as high as Monday's surge higher and need to see NOEC hold up near 6 at key support from the 18 day EMA and 50 day EMA this week.
OII 01/03 PreAnn 69.82 -2.68 73.04 90.95 816K 785K 70.38
Buy Not Issued. 2/20/2008. Picked up the speed here in early 08 as OII continues the pullback from the Dbl btm high, selling with the market back below the 50 day EMA Tuesday. Had above average volume and managed to hold the late December low as support with the 50 day SMA at the close. Needs to hold here.
RIG 01/14 Test BO 133.07 -8.68 142.22 162.95 9.5M 10M 139.89
Buy Not Hit. 2/20/2008. Weathered some rough selling Tuesday on above average volume to close at the 50 day SMA after what looked to be RIG recovering the Tuesday low from Friday of last week. Dropped this one.
SDS 01/10 Test BO 60.50 +2.53 58.88 63.45 22M 25M 58.92
Current. 7/21/2007. SDS actually making its breakout move on above average volume Tuesday. Great move higher off the pullback to support at the 10 day EMA and late November high with SDS now in good shape to resume the Dbl btm move higher. Awesome.
SLT 01/05 Asc Bse 24.00 -2.18 26.68 32.95 1.8M 2.4M 25.45
Exited. 11/21/2001. Got a boost of volume to post some rough selling with the market past the 50 day EMA. Not fond of this action at all and had to exit as it sold past key support.
SOHU 12/15 Cup hdl 47.93 -3.43 56.68 69.95 1.1M 2.6M 54.69
Current. 10/29/2007. Needs to hold the line here at the late November low after giving back to the Monday breakout. In comparison to other Chinese stocks it did okay, but it needs to hold that prior low.
STE 01/08 DB hdl 29.47 -0.29 30.45 35.00 509K 700K 29.48
Current. 10/30/2007. Doji Tuesday as STE continued a bit lower to hold support at the 18 day EMA on above average volume. Pretty impressive considering the rest of the market's rough selling session. STE in decent shape here as it looks to have bottomed here with the doji at support.
TRA 01/09 Test 18 50.03 -2.95 48.48 57.95 3.9M 4.5M 49.88
Current. 2/7/2008. Weathered some light selling on fading, above average volume as TRA moved in the market trend Tuesday. Nothing too horrifying as it held support from the late December high with the 10 day EMA during the session and looks to make a quick test out of this pullback with the market.
UPL 01/10 Test BO 71.88 -2.01 73.63 83.95 1.4M 1.5M 71.77
Current. 10/31/2007. UPL with some mild selling Tuesday on above average volume, but still lower than the Monday upside session's. Held support from the mid December high and 18 day EMA intraday Tuesday and doesn't look to be too beaten up from the selling. Just needs to hold support from the 18 day EMA near 71.0 this week.

VIP 12/03 Test BO 37.91 -3.25 36.78 42.85 3.9M 5M 42.38
Current. 11/29/2007. A leader that cracked as VIP sold to the 50 day EMA and held. Price support there however from the mid December lows and key 50 day EMA. Needs to hold here and give a bounce as this is its key support.
VIP 11/08 Test 18 37.91 -3.25 32.52 40.45 3.9M 3.2M 42.38
Current.
WFT 12/05 Trnd Rv 67.06 -3.92 67.58 77.95 5.5M 6.1M 69.95
Trailing Stop. 1/25/2008. WFT in some hard selling on high volume Tuesday with the market as it sold past the 10 and 18 day EMA with ease. Tapped and held support from the 50 day EMA intraday but hit the stop loss mark on the way down and we had to exit.
XTO 12/12 DB hdl 54.29 -2.44 54.13 61.45 6.3M 5M 54.45
Current. 10/23/2007. High volume selling Tuesday after a surge higher from Monday. Needs to hold the line here as it is at price support from the early November and December peaks.
