On February 20, Singing Machine Company (AMEX:SMD) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on March 15, 2002.
On February 20, Franklin Electric Co. Inc. (Nasdaq:FELE) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed around March 22, 2002.
On February 21, The PMI Group, Inc. (NYSE:PMI) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split subject to shareholder approval at a meeting on May 16, 2002.
On February 21, Dean Foods Co. (NYSE:DF) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to take place on April 24, 2002.
On February 21, WellPoint Health Networks Inc. (NYSE:WLP) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be effective on March 15, 2002.
On February 21, York Water Company (Nasdaq:YORW) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split subject to PPUC approval.
On February 26, Escalade Inc. (Nasdaq:ESCA) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:1 stock split to be distributed on March 28, 2002.
On February 26, The DeWolfe Companies (AMEX:DWL) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on March 28, 2002.
On February 26, Weingarten Realty Investors (NYSE:WRI) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on April 15, 2002.
