On March 7, First Data Corp. (NYSE:FDC) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable on or about April 9, 2002.
On March 8, THQ, Inc. (Nasdaq:THQI) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on June 4, 2002.
On March 12, ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on or about May 6, 2002.
On March 12, Young Innovations Inc. (Nasdaq:YDNT) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable as of March 28, 2002.
On March 12, 99 Cents Only Stores (NYSE:NDN) announced that its board of directors approved a 4:3 stock split to be payable on April 3, 2002.
