EARNINGS: Announced 6-9-08
STATUS: Cup w/handle breakout. Strong volume, surging to well above average levels as ESMK breaks out from a 7 month base, moving to a new all-time closing high. A new issue in late November 2007, this base is basically the life cycle of the stock so far. Nice set up and a nice break higher with volume and a strong price move. Ready to move into this stock as it continues the breakout.

STATUS: Test 50 day EMA. MTL is bouncing up the 50 day EMA (50.28) as it trends higher. It has eased its rally the past month with a nice easy pullback to the 50 day EMA. Strong money flow continues to lead higher, and after this test we are looking for MTL to make a renewed break higher on a strong shot of volume.

STATUS: Put. After a 9 week broad umbrella top NAL broke lower below the 90 day SMA (12.68) on stronger, above average volume. It paused Tuesday on very low trade and then resumed the downside bent Wednesday on rising, average trade. Looking for a continued move to the downside to give us the entry point in the play. A move to the target lands a 46%ish gain.

EARNINGS: Announced 5-6-08
STATUS: Put. After forming a 16 week topping pattern similar to a head and shoulders WWE tried to consolidate in a tight range along the 200 day SMA (16.04). It tried but it failed. It broke lower Wednesday on a shot of above average volume, the first in three weeks. The downside volume shot shows the sellers moving in to wrestle WWE lower. Money flow is weak and heading lower, pinned at lows for the year. Looking for a continued move lower to give us the buy. If it bounces to test toward the 200 day SMA and fails, so much the better. A move to the target lands a 42%ish gain.
