On March 13, D&K Healthcare Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq:DKWD) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on April 11, 2002.
On March 14, AutoDesk Inc. (Nasdaq:ADSK) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on April 18, 2002.
On March 14, Infinity, Inc. (Nasdaq:IFNY) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be effective in mid-April, 2002.
On March 18, American Vanguard Corporation (AMEX:AVD) announced that its board of directors approved a 4:3 stock split to be distributed on April 12, 2002.
On March 19, The Progressive Corporation (NYSE:PGR) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:1 stock split to be distributed on April 22, 2002.
On March 19, Fulton Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:FULT) announced that its board of directors approved a 5:4 stock split to be payable on May 20, 2002.
