We use eSignal. We have tried many realtime services, some are cheaper, but we like eSignal because, of all things, it is easy to see the trades at a glance as they occur. Moreover, if you make 5 or so trades with some brokerages they have alliances with (e.g., Wall Street Access, CyberCorp), you can get the service basically for free.
